Short Consultation
15 minutes: Have a quick question that won't take much time to answer, or just want to connect to clarify something? You may need just 15 minutes to chat. $45.00
Medium Consultation
30 minutes: Have multiple questions, or have a topic (or several) that truly will take 30 minutes of conversation to make some decisions?
A half hour should be fine for that. $75.00
Long Consultations
Need 60 minutes for a difficult topic, from "soup to nuts"? Talking all about menopause or all about hormones, including testosterone, may need an hour of both of our time. $125.00
Please note: Any in-person services will require a short (15-minute) consultation.
The price for speaking at conferences or for groups of people are to be determined as those prices will not be the same as the individual consultation prices.
In-Person Services
All in-person services require a telephone consultation first.
Labor and Delivery Support
Are you having your first baby? Are you worried that you need support during the difficult part of your labor and your delivery? Would you like someone to be there for that support during the active labor phase of your labor and during the delivery? This is available in 5-hour increments for delivery support while in active labor until delivery. Requires a consultation and coordination of dates and availability. $800.00 for five hours, $75.00 for every additional hour needed.
Postpartum Support
Would you like someone to come to your home so you can take a shower or a nap? $35 per hour for newborn/baby care, maximum 3 hours at a time.
Yoga
Prenatal Yoga, Postpartum Yoga, Baby and Mama Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga: At your home. $75.00 per session. Each session is 45 minutes. Book three sessions in a bundle for $200.00.
Crystal Bowl Sound Baths
Beautiful harmonic sounds to settle emotions and promote health: 45-minute session: $110.00
